The Girls' Strength Club meets every Thursday from 2:00 - 2:45.
There is no experience necessary - each movement required is demonstrated at the beginning of each class. Girls are expected to work hard and will typically be sore for the next few days. Each class begins with a warm up that is catered towards the movements of the work out.
Girls need to sign up in front of Miss McCarthy's classroom (room 246) in advance and need to be dressed and in the fitness room in time for the warm up.
